Put a ne1c needle in , 2nd clip. 175 main and 42 pilot. air screw 1.5 turn out. idle screw 3/4 in. Makes no diff if i turn it in any further. Compared to what I had 172 main, pilot 52 and needle N8HW 2nd clip.
bike sounds different now. If i idle and rev the bike, it sounds crisper. i now have a lot more bottom end. Feels like a different motor now. will hopefully test at the weekend. Need to replace throttle cable as it is fraying at the throttle cam causing slow return.
Top needle in pic is the new NE1c i put in below is the NB(8)HW.
