The New STIC Carburetor is planned to arrive on June 25, 2023.
Pre-orders for the new STIC carburetor are being accepted. Great news, pre-existing Keihin A/S carburetors with STIC or with the stock metering block can be upgraded to the new STIC specs with the air correction jets installed. The new modification price is $390, with a new modified STIC block, with everything including the new Yellow needle. The complete new STIC carburetor is $685 with all accessories.
The original STIC block has been upgraded to incorporate into the new STIC carburetor as well as into the prior art Keihin. This STIC patent drawing is universal, portraying the embodiment of a carburetor and fuel injection body. We have thoroughly evaluated this product under field and dyno testing. We have evaluated these products in varying temperatures, ranging from minus - 30 to plus + 110 degrees, and in altitude conditions ranging from sea level to fourteen thousand feet above sea level.
In the development phase, we modified and evaluated various types of carburetors, including Dellorto, Keihin, Weber, Holley, Mikuni, Rochester, and hundreds of other types worldwide. Even when the structure did not permit, we modified the carburetors and installed various passages and air jets. Most of the fuel systems were made of modified workings that you see in the drawings. I was able to modify the stock carburetors to insert and evaluate portions of the STIC systems.
The new STIC carburetor will have everything that has been thoroughly tested in the field and has been dyno tested showing 10 to 25 hp gains.
In the past, I have implemented this complete modification on the Mikuni round slides and TMX, as well as others. They are so good, they have been outlawed as STIC-modified carburetors, and will not be legal until I can offer them to others to make it fair to the competition. Over various brief appearances of the concept, (1) the STIC was undefeated in the Snowmobile Formula I twin trackers World Championship events, it won every race taking 1st and 2nd places. (2): In the Champ 440 class it won the World Championship, (3): in the Champ 340 class, it won the World Championship. (4): In the World Championship ice drags it won the 800 and 1000 Pro stock classes. (5) It also has several World speed records.
For the very first time, since the new STIC concept carburetor will now become a reality. Recently, we machined the STIC metering block to accept a smaller washer under the main jet, this allows for better fitment, sealing, and crimping of the new brass washer to facilitate the New STIC Carburetor with a planned arrival of June 25, 2023.
