I see you are in VA. Its easy. I've done several. Just go on the DMV website and search for Abandoned Vehicle Title. Follow the steps. Do not call it a dirt bike. Just call it a motorcycle. Don't ask questions about titling a dirt bike. When you go into the DMV at the final stage register it and get tags. Thats it. No special inspection needed. I've done a lot of bikes in VA its easy. You do have a couple of required waiting periods. Both 21 days. Any questions feel free to call me.
