Timely thread. Last weekend I managed to push my starboard rad back into the volt regulator?, bend up the front screen, and break off the lower shroud mounting tit in a suprise slow speed, darkly lit get off. Damn invisible tree tip. I was looking for ripped out spokes when I saw the bent radiator.

The rad still holds pressure and I bent it back by hand so that the upper shroud tit fits into the grommet. I'm sure the damage would have been much worse. Back to Ty-Rap fasteners! Thankfully ATGATT and not even a bruise after tumbling into a pile of logs.
