Here is what works for me on my 2019 EC300
NEDW needle set at the 2nd for the top
40 Pilot
175 Main Jet
Air screw about 2 turns
98 octane fuel
Motul 800 at 2%
I ride at between sea level and 400 ft, normally quite humid 70% + and it is pretty hot around here all year round at least 25?c.
It is early days for me on my new Gasser but with these settings the bike runs very cleanly, almost like it has fuel injection rather than a carb.
