So you have spark so just focus on getting the bike running.

Change the plug. Yes again. I really mean it. Sparking is not the sign of a plug that will run when inside under pressure. You needed a spare anyway.

If no joy you are looking at gas. Air filter out and spray some engine start or brake clean down carb. Does it run now?

I'd expect that the pilot jet is blocked from sitting with gas in it too long, possibly also choke.

Then you may have some work to get the carb set up but that can come after.
