The switch to the CDI box changes (advances or retards) the timing of when the coil fires. Same as moving the pulse generator to change spark timing. so are u telling me the switch I removed didn't kill the engine it just changed performance.. or are u saying it killed it slower then just cutting spark straight away like a kill switch? ??
