What voltage are you running them on? AC or DC? If DC you will have some issues. A low consumption headlight light is about all you can add on DC. If AC you should have no problem. All that will happen is that your headlight will dim a bit when the grip heaters are on.

I ran grip heaters on AC wired at full power only, for the past 10 years. Still on the same Ballistic brand lithium battery. My LED lights on high setting (DC) would run the battery down after about an hour and then I'd need to use the kickstarter. Not an issue because I didn't do very much night riding. I kept the LED headlights on low setting during the day and had the grip heaters turned on; no problems with battery charging. The usual riding time for me is from 5-6 hours (not including breaks).

If you add in a low setting for the grip heaters, they should work fine. You could also leave the headlight off while the grip heaters are on high, then change to low heat and turn on the headlight.

Ideally the battery should only be used for the estart.
