I grew up in PA and I remember riding in all types of weather as a kid. We used to think 60 degrees was swimming weather! We'd sleigh ride in 10 degree weather until we couldn't feel our faces and our fingers stopped working.
Now that I've been in the South for 28 years I've turned into a weather wimp. Below 40 degrees and I'm not riding anything except a pre-warmed car!
