Yes. Most of it comes from the back. I cut one piece of foam to compress against the rear of the pipe, sealing this off. Another I packed in between the frame and pipe in front of the lower mount. Much better, easy clean up now. This thing has taken some good hits already on my bike, on both the frame and pipe sections, with just some scratches to prove it. I'm a beleiver.
