Drz 400 cam chain definitely fits the 450. Should also fit the 400 it?s only the bore that?s different on both models.
Valves fit,cams fit,head gaskets different due to internal / external oil ways but you could use a drz400 head gasket on a 400 fse which are a lot cheaper than genuine GG
