Default Bearing Removal?

Since I have sent my forks and rear shock to Les to be serviced I decided to clean and grease all bearings on my bike.

So yesterday I tore the swing arm off and cleaned and re greased it. I had one pivot point that looked a bit dry but after cleaning it and repacking it it should be fine.

I removed the steering stem and cleaned the top bearing and repacked it. The lower bearing seems to be pressed on and I can't get the darn thing off.

I cleaned the bottom bearing and repacked it as best as I could but when I put it all back together it felt rough when turning the bars from side to side so I think it would be best to replace both bearings.

So how do I remove the lower bearing and do I have to press a new one in?

Help a Brotha Out!

Boom
