Default FMF Pipe on 2012 model

FMF asked us to send them a 2012 300 so that could build a pipe for it. I agreed as long as I got a pipe from them as soon as possible. I got it a few days before we left to go to the WY National Enduro.
Wow! It really makes the 300 pull hard. It doesn't give it a hit....just makes it pull harder off of the bottom. It doesn't hurt the power anywhere. Only makes it stronger. If you have a 2012 300 or 250, you need one of these!

On my list.

"Fatty" ? "Gnarly" ? Torque pipe? Rev Pipe? Something else? 19 gauge steel? 18 gauge steel?

What was FMF shooting for? What do you think the profile of the stock GG pipe was designed to do?

Should be the same as their other pipes, yes? $200+

You guys give me waaaaay too much credit. I don't know the price or if it is a gnarly of fatty, 18 guage or 410 gauge. I think it is the only one they built. Just buy it!

... hah! I'll take mine in 12 gauge, with a little gold dot on the end.

Only slightly more seriously, did you have to re-jet from stock? How was the packaging (frame clearance, bracket alignment, silencer joint)?

If its a 410 gauge, it should be called the snake pipe.

My guess is it willl be the Fatty and 18ga. and sell for $200.00 -$230.00. In any event it's good to have the aftermarket options open.
