Ohlins shock diy?
Does anyone have any info on servicing the Ohlins shock? The factory manual available (and the one linked here on GGRC) is more just a owners manual. My kids '04 was leaking fluid from the upper adjuster and the "clicks" are not noticeable on the lower adjuster and I have read that is a sign of needing rebuilding. Since the wrench is how I make my living I would like to do it myself if I could find some info on it. Yes, I know Les (LTR) is very reasonably priced as he did the front and rear of my '00 (awesome results) but $$ is tight right now. What's involved? Seems there must be two components involved, the oil chamber and the gas chamber. Any help out there?
Thanks..

Hi, I've got a PDF of the Ohlins shop manual. Some kind soul posted a link awhile back and I snarfed a copy. It's too big to post/attach here (5M). PM me your email and I'll fire a copy to you.

This link is to rebuilding a bladder type shock.
