To next few seconds are equally chilling. Henry walks over to the fence and has a spectator remove his googles, he's so broken he can't do it himself!

I remember that crash... it still makes me cringe. It was amazing the distance and height Doug got on that jump. I almost didn't recognize Jeremy with his long hair and goat tee.

That man is a god. I have a poster in my office of him and the scar resulting from that crash, it says "what's stopping you?" He came back and won the championship two years later.

I heard him say in an interview once he crashed because he thought he was on a different spot on the course. He thought it was a big double he was hitting and over jumped it.

I was there at that race in Budds Creek and saw the crash, it was unreal. The medics worked on him till after the end of the race and carried him away on a board, we all knew it was serious. The crash where he couldn't remove his own googles was a couple of years later on the same track.
