Default My bike frightens me :)

Today I turned the PV adjuster back from 2.5 to 2 turns open. I can feel a tiny bit more torque when going uphill slowly in first or second, even third gear, but the bike still rips like hell.

I can't believe how that babe explodes when the throttle passes half way open. With the soft ignition curve its way(!) tamer.

Now I have a problem I never had in 40 years of spannering LOL . Need to tame her a bit, she's too friggin' aggro. I always tried to get the maximum out of the bikes I had in my hands. Never had to tame one, so no big experience there...

It sounds weird, but all I did is changed jetting added a few ounces of flywheelweight and the GP head and that babe rips like crazy. It intimidates me rolling the throttle wide open...

These Suzuki needles, currently I have the NECW in #3 with a 172mj and a 40 pilot jet, seem to unleash the devil. I had three Gassers including a GP, all 300's. I had three KTM 300's (2014, 2015, 2017 with Keihin) but the one I have now is the fastest dirt bike I have ever been on.
