Ohlins or sachs shock

Hi all i have ec300 2004 with ohlins shock end i need to repair my shock , end the cost with new spring its about 300 euro , i find 1 sachs shock 2007 used for 30o euro what is the best move to repair the ohlins , or by the sachs?

please help the old rider
