EC300 2011 Suspension help

Hi there after views on suspension mods and general setting as the front feels a little harsh and my rear blew its oil out so I had it serviced with new seals etc and 1st ride it blew its oil again.
Now the suspension shop says its the body/tube and has ordered one from Ohlins at ?70
Seems strange that a 2011 Ohlins needs this already, the bike is in good condition so hours probably not alot

Your suspension shop probably didn't bleed the shock correctly - oil is not compressible. :-(

Hi again, the shop fitted a new tube at ?70 seems to be holding but there is slight residue of oil sometimes, this should be dry yeah?

Also standard fork setting feel bad, ive had to add 2 less rebounds as handled terrible, im gunna strip them and check the bushes got a feeling theyre gone and want to refresh the oil

Does anyone have any fork mods on a 2011? thanks

Any news on your forks , seems like I need the same fix as you , I've just tried dropping oil level , air gap 110 see what happens

Got it better with clickers
24 comp and 11 rebound at mo

Rear near standard I can now stand on pegs holdin bars n bounce n bike does an even bounce now

Hi again upon good advice im goin to service the forks and use 5w oil instead. Does anyone know the oil level in the 45 marzocchi thanks

7.5 wt is the preferred blend.
