Voltage regulator
Voltage regulator needed for an 05 450 FSE.
Go Faster's doesn't have any in the US and the price is $150. It's a Ducati part. Anybody know the Ducati model or part #? Any after market options? Last edited by sanderjavant; 09-21-2008 at 07:42 PM. |

No clue as to the Duc part number.
The FSE needs a 3-phase regulator/rectifier such as the one Honda puts on their street legal bikes. These can be had on fleabay pretty cheaply. You would need to splice a few wires...

You can find the whole charging system on page 17: http://www.ducatienergia.it/staging/...rs_ITA_ENG.pdf
Unfortunately there is no way to order it from the Ducatienergia web site. Or maybe the POD3P is a possible solution? http://members.aol.com/podtronics/powermod.htm Last edited by bergerhag; 08-25-2008 at 02:34 AM. |

Is it as simple as just having the same color and # of wires?
Non stock electrical makes me nervous. Like this one? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Parts...=p4506.c0.m245 Last edited by sanderjavant; 10-14-2008 at 09:32 PM. |
