I like it, looks really good and for $1,000 no bad. What year is it?

Soooooo, how about a little ride report on how it works. See you have a trials tire on it already.

2005 200,a friend from this site got it from the original owner, who used it for a couple months, traded to my friend who used it a half a season play riding,it has sat since late 06,only rode it for a few miles, havent checked any suspension settings either, but it rocks, forgot how much fun my old 200 was, this bike picks the front end up with ease, lugging down low in third you can feel the lack of low end as you get on the pipe it moves,I rode around foxboro for a few a short loops and the ground was slippery to start with and only got worse as the sleet began to fall making the loop very greasy, throttle control and trials tire were a huge plus, was thinking of getting a flywheel weight for it,but may change my mind after riding it,Im probably going out thursday after work for a couple loops to see if I can best my time on my 300 on a local practice loop(we ran you guys through a little of it at the KP Turkey run)providing the ground is firm enough to haul

Well, how was it?

I am bringing my new 'to me' 05 200 in the house over Christmas break to clean it up and learn all about it, so I can work on it during the riding season without having to stop and study all the time.

I took it around the yard a bit, and mine seemed soft down low, but great mid range and top end. Just comparing it to my old '98 Ktm 200 mxc. Haven't looked in the carb or anything yet, so am looking forward to learning all I can here on the Club Forums. So far jetting and gearing info has been really helpful and provided a starting point to grow from....

Also, will have to look into electrical for lights and such....so much to learn!

well I got to ride it at motown an indoor CT motocross track,I was very happy with the bike overall, bottomed out a few times, but had plenty of grunt and the top end to match, the looks you get with a woods bike with a trials tire on it out there mixing it up with the MX guys is sooo funny,I havent had a chance to play around at all with the suspension since taking it home, had my helmet cam on as well, but it kept crapping out,the trials tire on the rear hooked sooo well,it was like riding on velcro, mucho traction in the sandy corners and plenty of grab on the hard pack, heres the video anyway

SWEEEET!! I got the same looks when I rode the enduroized ktm200mxc on an outdoor track, especially when I bottomed out on all the big jumps...

nice touch with the 'kickstart my heart' sound track...I've told the wife to play that at my funeral, should anything ever happen to me

apparently, that is considered to be in poor taste.....I guess the shots of whiskey for everyone will be out, too.

Keep up the video's, right now that is all the riding I am going to get.

here the crash that took me out

http://videos.streetfire.net/video/s...duro_33624.htm

just after the crash, you can see the front wheel stuck in a tree at a very weird angle, when the front wheel went to one side of the tree,it caught traction till it hit the fender and sent the bike down hard on the right side, while my leg was out for balance, and folded it up like a jacknife!!

I had an o2 200 and got a jetting kit from ltr .I beleive it had a 180 main and 45 pilot with his needle, I ride mainly single track and settled on a 50 pilot and center clip position. I put a 10 oz. flywheel on it,and I really liked the way the bike ran,I think we are about 640 ft. above sea level here. it really helped the low end ,smoothed out the power and never fouled a plug. good luck!
