I'm going to try this one out to see how it goes.

My float is in spec and won't leak unless rocked around furiously or tipped right on its sides.

Just wondering if this little mod would actually result in the extra fuel making its way into the combustion chamber instead of overflowing though?

In saying that I managed to get to 110kms before hitting reserve. However 90-100km is more typical. Thats before the fuel cap seal shrunk!!
