I just called gofasters because they have the scorpion rad frames listed as fitting the four strokes, turns out that they don't

Apparently the rads are longer, top to bottom, on the 450's. I did find a nice set of polished rads on ebay for around $200. Looks like the way to go as I cant find frames and I fall over alot
