I'll wait until lineman12345678 rides with the Motosportz' owner to get the answers. If it will work on my bike, then I am in. I need something to do this winter.

Thanks for following up.

I already run a www.ptenduro.com Scott submount kit.

I even stock them in Australia with wwww.mainjet.com.au on them ready to go.

Get onto Pete at Protect. They give you about 1" lift and fit the forward mounting position on a Gasser.

Any word from Motorsportz as to whether the underbar mount will work on my 2002 DE 300? Just checking in.

Thanks.

I am sure it will work. You should contact Kelly at www.motosportz.com he can answer all your questions for sure.

Ok guys. To get the $380 price it will need to be ordered from Motorsportz directly (unless Go Fasters wants to make nothing on them). We will need 4 or more people to do that promotional pricing.

The damper will raise the bars .8" or 21.5mm but later this week Kelly at Motosportz is going to work on getting it even lower than that which would be really nice.

Hopefully some better pictures will come soon for everyone to see. I have asked for those.

blitz11, call Kelly and talk fitment for your 2002

Speedmainiac, you think your in?

We need a few more. Who's interested?

Not sure if I'm in yet. If he can get the rise down to 1/2" (13mm) that would probably put me in.

Not sure what bars you use but I read the Hebo ones are very similar to KTM bars and the height on those is 95mm. I use a Trail Tech X bar in the low woods bend. Same low sweep exactly as KTM (40mm) but only 80mm in height. That's 15mm right there. These bars are cool because they have tons of space for levers and junk because of a narrow mounting section and a fairly abrupt rise to get to their height. They make a 95mm height version as well but I didn't like it and it's more conventional shaped. I'm sure there are others out there also.

Just a thought.

PS...still haven't received the silencer

I run fasstco flexx bars (enduro, 10° sweep, regular height). I don't mind high bars for gnarly trails (actually, the higher the better for that stuff) but on the motocross track, grass tracks, etc low bars really help cornering so that's why I want a lower damper mount.

Hmmm, I'll look into the silencer shipping. I sent it UPS ground...should've been there by Friday...
