ohlins rear shock problem

If i turn it all the way up then when it gets to the end it makes 2 clicks. Then when when turning it down again only 2 clicks from topand then it is just smooth turning until it reaches the end.

Put the shock in. Played with the rebound knob all the way up and all the way down. Definitely a difference between the full on and off. Only 4 clocks at end though.

What is the correct torque settings for top and bottom bolt of the shock. 2004 200ec. i used 60 nm for top and 26nm for the bottom as per a table i found on the site. Manual says 39nm, dose not specify top or bottom.


Just tried again now. Compressed the shock a good few times. Turned the rebound to the bottom. Compressed again. Turned until I got a click. Now I have turned it up to 15 clicks. Will check if it will click more
