Thanks guys! as soon as the Rekluse is run in and set up it's getting a new top end.

I have owned the bike for 2 1/2 years and not touched the engine

I also want to up the compression, I have a set of genuine Gasgas gaskets which do I use to do this?

Don't go thinner than the green .3mm base gasket.
It will work fine, but won't really make that much of a difference.

Once, we tried to use only the brown .15mm base gasket, but it didn't crush enough to seal properly. The distributor's tech service man explained to me that the .15mm gasket was included in the kit to be used with the gray .5mm gasket to achieve the factory recommended .65mm base gasket stack for the EC300. (This was in 1999.)

I like to use a single .5mm base gasket, and have RB Designs modify the head and combustion chamber to work with it. He shaves the head to bump compression, and reshapes the combustion chamber of the head.
After the head was modified on my 2006 DE300, I decided that I could use a flywheel weight.

Cheers for that info it will come in handy!

Been away camping and testing my bike this weekend had a great time.
Not an ideal set up at the MX track for testing and set up but the Rekluse appears to be broken in. 20 minute sessions whats that all about i was just getting warmed up , no real time to adjust the clutch. Any way home now and the bike has been washed and I appear to have cracked it. I seem to have set it up

The list of stuff chucked at it is as follows:-

Rekluse core exp 2
Adjustable handle bar clamps
Acerbis disc guard
Gasgas alloy gear lever
Red chain slider
Genuine seat cover
Cemoto graphics
Fork bleeders
Alloy chain guard
FMF Gnarly
FMF powercore 2
Gasgas alloy gas cap
White plastics
Powder coating of frame and swing arm
Schmidt powervalve cover
Lever adjusters
51 tooth Supersprox rear sprocket (alloy with steel outer)
Red annodised master cylider covers
Alloy rear brake lever
Renthal twin walls
DID enduro chain (the best IMHO)
Hyde Racing exhaust guard

How much? It doesn't matter to be honest, it's the bike I want
