Still having issues. Tried the 'backwards bleed' method, and I didn't see any bubbles coming out of the master. Perhaps I need a rebuild kit for the master, could be bypassing?!?

Mine was weeping very slightly and losing some travel. Bought a rebuilt kit bought from my dealer and installed it. That did the trick but it still took a lot of fiddling to get it properly bled. I made a cover for the master and put it under vacuum; that finally got it perfect.
