Hyde Skid Plate, Opinions Please.

I have used both the Hyde plate and the Combo. The skid plate did crack on one of the front mounting holes. The Combo has held up great! I still bent back the pipe once but that was from nailing a huge log wrong at the end of a long ride. I really like the the Scorpion products especially the Rad Frames, well made. I have a used 300 with a CRD plate and I am not impressed with it at all. Some people have installed a mesh at the top of the Combo to keep mud from going down inside, looks funny but it works.
