wow, thats cheap! put a new fuel filter and hoses in it before you regret it.. i replaced a fuel filter and hoses in my st4 on the side of the dan ryan expressway 500 miles from home during rush hour traffic. sucked.

How close do you think the ducati bars are to say,, a KTM fat bar? My buddy John just picked up a monster 900 that has been modded,,forks slid way up in the clamps and a set of clip ons put on.. this makes her lean forward so bad its kinda hard to ride.. I have some extra bars and mounts.. How wide are the stock bars?? His is a 96? and he got it for $800,, just needed a clutch and tires are dryrotted..

stock bars are 29" across, you can buy clip ons with rise to bring your position more upright.
