the news i was waiting for was an E-TEC 2 strokes like the evinrude outboard and bombardier(rotax) skidoo engine . ceramic and no oil to mix.
that would be some serious progress there would be no need for 4 strokes as it is happening in the outboard marine industry .compared to the same power output the e-tec is half the weight,snappier and consume even way less.
