No, because the spring is where the centrifugal device is.
When you open the PV with the linkage engaged, it can happen that the steel ball go out and than you have to open the clutch housing and repair this.
In my opinion there is a carb problem and no PV.

Im talking about the springs up in the cylinder.

Im also into a carb problem but Ive tried 3! Different carbs now!?

My best jetting so far is 40 180 and n3eg in 2nd from top. Now its possible to ride it but not as good as it should be.

Way too lean for a 125, there must be something else wrong.

Would it be acceptable with 45? 48 didnt work at all.

Which pipe are you using, hope not the kat pipe

The 125 had no CDI with 2 settings for rain and dy

Not sure what pipe. I have a doma pipe also. Maybe i shall try that one?

It has no switch like my 300 does..

after todays ride even my girlfriend thinks the bike runs bad in the mid range... and it's the 4th time ever she's riding a bike....

Since I've been doing everythink to the carburator I'm up to order new reed flaps and a piston.

So what year Yz125 piston will fit my EC125 -01?

I've searched but not found exactly what years that will work..
