Possibly something close to this which has a Sachs shock it looks like. TTX shock was on the Nambotin so not a big surprise. All nice additions.

What is the 48mm fork? A twin chamber or a larger version of the 45. I would love a 48mm version of the old 50. I could get the 50tc to work awsome!

The 48mm Zoke is a twin chamber design. It is all new.

I assume that these bikes will be 2012 models if they are building that late?

Notice the bikes behind it on the line appear to be different, look like '11 Six Days bikes. Forks for sure are not the same and look like the 45s (dark). One would conclude then that this is not just a Cervantes line.

Curious about the HAAN hubs? So was I and here is the link to their site

http://www.haanwheels.com/EN/sport/222-Motocross.html

They use oversize bearings and the rear hub most likely has 3 bearings like the stock GG hub. A very nice feature IMO.

Very nice stuff.

You can make the bearing as big as possible but if the spacer wears and seal passes dirt it won't help. When have you seen a bearing fail from overload?
Give me spacers with STAINLESS STEEL wear sleeves and standard bearings and I'll be happy. I've never had to replace bearings with good spacers.

Matt Stavish has a new business where he is making wheel spacers for GG (among other things):

http://checkpointoff-road.com/store.html

I know Glenn mentioned SS, but we have used this Teflon-impregnated hard coating on our laser scanner actuators, and the stuff is tough. These things ride in the front of a transit bus (exposed to snow, ice, and salt), and show no wear.

I bought a set (gotta' help a Minnesota brother out), but I haven't put them on my bike yet. (I also bought the brake pivot.) I have a set of Matt's triple clamps on my GG, and they're top notch. If you're looking for wheel spacers, give these a shot.

Just checked the HAAN wheel website. Those are pretty sweet wheels. From my bicycle racing days, wheels were the most important part of the bicycle. I've learned to appreciate sweet wheelsets.

I also noticed that there is no U.S. distributor. Clay, in your free time, you could distribute HAAN wheels here in the U.S. What else you gonna' do on weekends?
