Nomally you guys change the oil 30-30 Hours or more ?

It depends on how it is used. Normal trail riding about 15 hrs. If it is ridden very hard, or over technical terrain (lots of clutch work) or playing submarine I change it after that ride. Try to never leave it with water in the oil. The sight glass will show milky / cloudy oil when it has been contaminated with water.

I was always 10hrs max, and ran belray gearsaver and had no issues for over 300hrs (then sold the bike)
For filling i hara piece of hose attached to the end of my funnel that would squeeze into the fill hole - then had a wire hook on the funnel so i could attach it to the frame and filling became a breeze. People with access to machining have made a threaded connection on the pipe end so it can even be threadded onto the fill hole
