wobbly gearbox sprocket help

both my 05 and 98 ec splines are not good , any one managed to fit a bolt like ktm did the late gg have a bolt? will i get new shafts ? the suggestions so far on the 05 is to laser weld the 10 mm hole in the end of the shaft up and tap it ,screw cut a thread inside or out side ?. use a time insert but how do you make it hold in there ,get new shafts made with a bolt , get the spline re cut to a nother sprocket thks for any help robin

Curious if you ran normal sprockets of the Iron Man / Dirt Trick / MSR tool steel sprockets?
