Default GG Review on MotorcycleUSA

Motorcycle USA just published a review of the EC 300.

Favorable, except that the fork is valved a bit too stiff. I was thinking that maybe the reviewer was a slow rider (like me) and wasn't fast enough to use the fork as delivered, but he seemed to be credible. Overall, he had nice things to say.

The rider looks like Jim Senecal with the red Klim gear.

It is Chilly White that did the article. He is on the same ISDE team as Jeff Fredette.

That's a very nice and honest review IMO. Pretty thorough and to the point for a short writeup. Hopefully they will follow up once the suspension get worked over by Trail Tricks.

Interesting about the choke up on the bars.

Chilly White, the author, is an expert level rider who has competed in the ISDE many times and is on this years list for the U.S. ISDE Team as well...

He is very familiar with gasgas - he was a gasgas area rep for the west coast in (roughly) the 2002-2003 timeframe; I met him at the Idaho City Qualifier around that time.

Chilly has contributed alot of articles over the years to Cycle News and others, etc.

Thanks for posting the link. I added it to our list of GasGas bike reviews.
