will 2001 pastics fit a 2000 bike an help asap please as i have the chance to buy some cheap cheers luke

our '00 bikes use a different left side cover. Starting '01 the air box was designed with a access cover to get to the air filter. That made the left side plastic cover shorter at the front. You can get a newer airbox to use that plastic. up to '07 I think fits.

Brilliant thanks so I just need to get a 2001 airbox right. Anyone have one for sale or.know how.much I should pay for one?

Think I have an airbox and door in the garage il have alook later when I get home.

hey guys is it just me or is it nigh on impossible to get hold of plastics for a 2000 model ec 250 here in the uk... aftermarket or originals in any colour im not that fussy but it seems to be a nightmare!!! any advice please guys

I'm in the US but my thoughts are nobody wanted to buy the "pink" plastic they used for the '00 250's so it's all been recycled into pop jugs
Get the airbox and upgrade is my advice
Of course I'm one to talk. Mine is still "pink". I almost have everything to change to the real red. Not sure what I'll do with the NOS front fender I've been holding on to.

I have the airbox the door and the side panels that goes with it.

Yours for ?20 plus postage.

Once you have the airbox you can use all the plastics for a 2001-2005.

Ha ha very true it is a rather camp shade of illuminous pink lol I have the pink side pannels on mine and red rest of the plastics lol
