Default Beware Motosport.com

Normally would not make a post like this, but people should be advised. There are major issues with the new billing software at Motosport. My credit card has been hit to the tune of unauthorized hundreds of dollars, repeatedly. Money that was supposed to be refunded nearly two weeks ago has not. Reps tell me I am one of many that this is happening to.

There are many other details I am happy to discuss via pm. Not attempting to slag a company, but warn others that things are seriously amiss right now at Motosport. Think twice before giving them your credit card number.

If the company is not refunding then contact your bank to do a chargeback and you'll get all your money back for the incorrect charges.

Apparently they have gone to a new software program that keeps authorizing charges and overcharges. Reps have admitted that it has happened to many customers and continues to happen.

That's a shame, bad to hear, hope they get it sorted ASAP.

I used to use Motosport.com quite a lot when I lived in Dubai, never had any problems, great prices and fast shipping.

Shame I can't use them here in Europe...
