Gear lever length ????

I have a 05 ,ec300 which needs a new gear lever, now I have been told GasGas make a longer one on the 07 model ,is this true . I need something slightly longer ,is there another model in the gasgas range that fits which is longer ?

My '07 has a longer lever, as does the 125. Much better than the older levers.

I wear size 50 sidis, and i replaced the stock de300 shifter with the 125 shifter. It made a big difference. I can actually get my foot between the peg and shifter now.

Thank's guys for the info, a local shop a lot of blah,blah about not being different and the distributor said as you did the late model is longer .
