They'd be ok if they can compete with the ttr230 in the reliabilty stakes.Time will tell.

Down on the farm those ttr's are bullet proof.Better than the crf even.IME.

I don't really know why anyone would care about this. The engine is made in China but everything else is made in Spain. It isn't coming to to the US. It's not made in India and Gas Gas in not almost half owned by an Indian company.
Kawasaki's number one selling unit of all time was the KE100 but this did not mean that Kawasaki could not build performance motorcycles.

I would rather ride a GG with a Chinese motor than a HONDA CRF230 that was completely produced in Brazil. Now there is a country known for fine craftmanship.

Your right Clay, I just have this thing about supporting China. Aren't some of the old '70s vintage bikes like the KE being mfg. in Brasil?

Pretty much all of the little Hondas are made in Brazil.

I kinda jumped the gun a bit. It seems a lot like a TTR and every factory makes entry level bikes.

I think they would do well to have some well built entry level bikes. A model can typically be produced for many years in that category and it would not take much to build a better 200cc play bike than the big 4 performance wise. I could see a bike like this in my garage for the wife or kids.

I thought maybe it was a Dellorto carb. I also couldn't understand going to a cable for the clutch. Guess I won't lose much sleep over it. Jim
