2018 ec300 stock bars question
So I have the stock bars on the bike (renthals), but why are the alignment lines at the front rather than the top? I'm having neck pains and I'm guessing its bar position related but I'm struggling to find a comfortable position when there's no reference.
This could be a face palm moment but I'm done trying to work this out on my own. |

The lines are there so you can place the bars back in the same position when they are removed.
A good way to check your bar position is, sit on the bike and close your eyes. Reach out like you're grabbing the handle bars. Should fall right into your hands. Your neck pain maybe from a heavy helmet? |

I understand the lines on the bars, but it seems every other brand has them on top, not at the front like these do.
I figured the helmet originally, I run an Airoh terminator now, so that's not it. It has to be body position related, forbear position. |
