BRP makes one. It's in the form of an under bar damper mount. It's what I use. The damper is a nice addition too. Running Flexx bars they look freakishly high, but they are spot on for me.

I have the red GG "power parts" bar clamps with a 12mm alu plate below. In this plate I have milled a suitable holder for the Scotts damper. I guess this is at least 30mm in total.

See if you can measure a buddies japanese bike to try for a fitment that would prolly be a significant decrease from GG specific parts pricing. What year & model? 7/8" or 1 1/8"?

I am 6' 4" tall and wanted more space. I wanted my bars higher and also further forward so built my own solution. I built a bar mount relocation / mounting block from a 1" thick aluminum plate. I drilled two mounting holes in the plate that corresponded to the two original bar clamp holes. I bolted the aluminum plate down through the original bar clamp holes and installed the bar clamps into two holes I drilled 1" further forward from the stock location. The end result is the bars are higher and further forward.
