Default I'm back, now find me a bike!

I crawled out the woods and I'm ready to ride.

Looking for an 05 and newer model that is already street legal and below $5k. 450exc, WR450, or a GasGas 450FSE (only if Reggie says he can fix anything that might go wrong with it), Spread the word.

See ya'll soon....

Blanco

Hey Robbie, nice to see you are still breathing. Yeah, I'm getting the band back together. LOL

Well the search is over. I found a peach 06 WR450 with only 30 hours on it for $3800. Leaving tomorrow to go pick it up in Virginia.

If the schedule is right, I should be at Wudi in March.

I have a friend in Colorado who wants to come down b/t Xmas and New years for a ride at Talimena or Trainrobbers. So, one way or another I plan on riding some mountain singletrack that week.

Butler, nice chatting w/ you on Friday. And YES, I totally missed my turn and the way I went took an hour longer than it should have. LOL.

Bike is in garage. Very excited about that. However, the previous owner didn't do a lot of the uncorking, consequently, it falls on it's face off idle. Therefore I will be doing open heart surgery on the carb soon. Yeah! What fun that is.

See ya'll in the woods.

Yeah it looks pretty well taken care of. I found about 20 acorns in the airbox. LOL! Apparently squirrels/mice love Wr's. One fork was about 2mm higher in the clamp than the other. Battery was dead, couple of bolts where loose, other than that, it is pretty good. I cut out the right side of the airbox to get some air into the thing and that really helped with the bog. Going up to Breezy Hill this morning for a little shake down ride.

That's great sounds like it was worth the drive.

You know you are still welcome to attend the New Years ride at Train Robers
