Thanks guys. Put blue spings and anti squeal kit in and feels better around shop. The one thing is if I pull clutch in , in gear and rev bike up it wants to surge ahead. does not fully engage. not a real problem unless you want to do mx starts.

I personally run the red springs in the EXP ring. These give the fastest, hardest hookup. If the clutch does not have full override at all rpms as you describe then something is not right.
Make sure you have the .040" steel installed in the clutch pack at the bottom just on top of the Rekluse hub. If you did not use the .040" plate the clutch pak will be too thick and you will get some of the symptoms you describe. |

Also make sure there is no air in the hydraulic system.

Installing Rekluse clutch basket also takes most of noise away, unless you are 2-3 gears too high.

I run 6 red springs anti-chatter kit (o-rings), one turn plus two ticks and rotella T oil , no chatter loving it!!! 2011 EC300

ok I installed the orings blue springs 1 3 ticks and got rid og the squak. raced 2 races and got a second and a first vet expert. worked well.
