Default wtb/trade for 99 ec 200 rear shock

Workin on my clapped out Gasser,the rear shock is shot.Its an Ohlins that's all I know.Im not familiar with the bikes enough to know what will interchange.Thx in advance.

Shot...as in? Needs a seal? Oil change? Give Less @ LTR a try on bringing it back from the coffin!

yeah yeah haven't gotten it opened up and printed off yet.I try not to mess with that stuff.Thx

Sending the crank off to RD next week.Cheap quote if I supply rod.

As far as shock goes looks like it may have been ridden after it blew.That usually taters the. inner works pretty bad.Still gotta pay shipping and tear down inspect fee.

The older ohlins have an alloy steel body. It would have to have *alot* of time on it to be "worn out".

Anybody know any interchanges for this bike.If one of my TM shocks would interchange might go that route.I'm in a bad spot on this bike,don't even know if I'm gonna like it.Its pretty beat,trying not to take a bath on it.

Does anyone know if a 2000 shock is the same? Is the shock the same as a 250 shock? I have a totaled 2000 XC 250.

Ill find out and shoot you some measurements. What do you have in mind on price?
I don't know much about these bikes.But based on what I've been reading 99 and 2000 interchange on a lot of parts.
