As you can tell from the bottom thread, I did a lot of work measuring the Honda Clutchpack and making it work in my Gasser. That same Clutchpack is still in my gasser and it still works perfect. You don't need the Rekluse Basket, the stock one is fine. I only use the Rekluse basket in the my gasser because I am a too picky for my own good. The stock gasser basket squeals a lot but works fine. the Rekluse is very quiet. In my 95 CR 250 My stock basket was "junk" so I had to buy a new basket so I just bought a Rekluse Basket.

You are welcome! Here is the Rekluse install video including the details of cable adjustment for the auto clutch. Just scroll down to the EXP section for cable actuation for coil spring models and click that link. https://rekluse.com/support/videos/a...upport-videos/

Default Correct AS I Carb and Some Progress

Yesterday I received the correct ASI Carb. I pulled it apart and check the jets and needle. It came with a #7 slide, 170 Main, 55 pilot and DDJ needle. I am running an FMF Fatty with an FMF SA, FMF recommends 175 Main, 52 pilot, R1369N Needle at 3rd position with airscrew at 1.5 out. This is what it looks like,

Default Progress on the Rekluse Basket

I had to press out the "starter gear" from the stock clutch basket. I used a spacer from my motion pro suspension tool and the old pressure plate(turned around) locked in my vice to push out the gear. it was tight but it came out without a problem. The Rekluse instructions specified heating the new Rekluse basket in an oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, and freezing the "starter gear", then push the "starter gear" into the Rekluse basket. I used insulated gloves from the kitchen, placed the basket on a piece of wood for support on the garage floor. I expected the bearing install into the Rekluse basket to be a pain, but the "starter gear" dropped right in without a problem.

Then I drilled out the rivets on the old basket to remove the stock ring gear. Note the grooves on the old stock basket, yikes.
