GasGas 300EC 2011 keep stalling without choke

Hi,

after about 15min of riding, my bike stall. It sound like something wrong in a the carburetor. After a couple of try to start the engine, it finally started and stall again after 1 min. keep doing that a couple of time until I can't started the bike anymore. I decided to turn On the choke and give a try and the bike started. I was able to get home with the choke On, but as soon as turn off the choke, bike stall.

Any idea what could be the problem?

Drop the float bowl and see if the pilot jet is plugged.

That's my first thought too!

are you still using the cable choke? If so make sure that it is not engaging by mistake

Not sure. Here a picture of my carburetor. Where is the white narrow, I looked under the black protector and the washer is loose. I don't know if it related with my problem.

Anyway, I want to say thank you to all of you for your support . I removed the Pilot jet and I think there was a little piece of dirt inside. Its hard to say because the hole is so small. After I blow in the pilot jet, the hole seems to be a bit bigger. I went for a 30 min ride and the bike runs like new.

I can go riding tomorrow.

The white arrow is pointing at the throttle cable.. If something is loose under the rubber sheath there I would tighten it. I doubt it is your problem though.

The choke knob is not cable operated from what I see in the picture.
