Default Need to find Inner cartridge bushings-48mm marzocchi’s

Does anyone have the part number or know where to get inner cartridge fork bushings for the 48mm dual chamber marzocchi’s

See attached pic.

I’ve ordered two different sizes from racetech with no luck. The last set I got look correct but measure 36.15mm when assembled and require a lot of force to assemble and do not slide nicely when assembled.

I've generally found that most bushings require filing on the open ends in order to fit correctly

Perhaps you could make the new bush thinner by removing some material fom the inside?

Did you ask your favourite GG dealer? I have had success with sourcing Marzocchi parts from my importer, but that was a part that has a part number in the parts catalog. I see that this bush is in the drawing, but without a part number in my 2015 parts catalog.

Matto Cycle can hook you up. He will be doing mine next week and has replaced them in the past.

I have asked my local dealer but have not had much luck. He said he would look into it but have not heard anything back.

How would you recommend removing material from the inside? There is a small end gap already.

I’d like to make these work as I already have $$ invested and can’t return them.

If all else fails I’ll check with Matto.

Thanks guys.

Default Fork Bushes

Innteck does them. The link can help as a guide.
Should be able to find Innteck as they are US made.

I need the bushings for the inner cartridge not the normal fork tube. The previous owner broke the fork bleeder and continued to ride which allowed dirt and moisture into the inner cartridge.

Find a Beta dealer and enquire there. I found they have pretty good access to the OEM Marzocchi parts. Be prepared to open the wallet.
