cool, I was going to do the individual ones and mount them just like on the ktm, no more, "uh, which bike am i on and how do I kill it?", in a panic

About time I added the pictures:
Kill button


Start button


The radio shack buttons are nice and compact. The brackets were a bit of work to make, but I got the buttons positioned well. I can reach them just by swinging either thumb up.
