Default ec 200 (2001) street legal silencer

Hey there!
I'm planning on a new exhaust, because the black thing u see on the picture fell off and it's very old and worn out anyways, but I can't find any, except for the Doma or FMF.
Since I'm just a newbie, I don't know if one of these is street legal, or which else would fit

FMF: http://www.offroad-moto.de/enduro-mx...akt-gasgas.php

Doma: http://www.offroad-moto.de/enduro-mx...lldaempfer.php

It Depends on local law, this a very good site if you live in the us: http://americanmotorcyclist.com/Righ...spx?stateid=22

I know my 2011 250 ec is 96dba loud at the 20 inches away at about 90 degrees from the exhaust also has a united states forest service approved spark arrestor. it is a bit too loud, 96dba vs 94dba, not major really. it has a FMF turbinecore .
