What are "sealed" graphics?

Hi,

I see that GoFasters sells OEM replacement plastic that has no graphics, that has graphics, and that has sealed graphics. What are sealed graphics?

All the graphics were put on then sprayed with clear coat.
Bikes had a wet look to them.
