Default Electric starter kit

Does anybody here in NZ or Aus have complete starter set up that they have taken off there bike and would be willing to sell , looking for 2012 or later but assume earlier ones might fit , would need everything as my 2012 is kicker only . Cheers Tony

Be aware that the '15 starter motor kit will only fit the '14 and later model bikes. I was told this by my dealer. I think it's because the '13 and earlier bikes use a different flywheel / ring gear set up. Also the crank is different (female threaded Lhs crank) so I doubt a newer flywheel would mount up to an older model crank (male threaded crank)

Wow I've been tempted to quote the kit, as much as I see it as an upgrade to the system already on the '14 it's probably not worth that much to me.

What's included in the kit?

It is a 2015 kit with everything required I guess? Does come with a lead acid battery that apparently is real heavy. The dealer is fitting the kit for me as part of the new bike deal. Do I need it-No. Is it nice to have-Yes.
